I spent years trying to do it all on my own. I learned what works… and I learned MORE about WHAT DOESN’T.

AND more importantly, I wasted precious time learning the hard way that a coach can save you your precious time.  

You don’t know what you don’t know. The most common response I get when someone starts working with me is:

Everyone has a unique body, unique goals, and a unique lifestyle. Why do we assume we should all do the same workouts?

I write every individual program from scratch.

I consider your goals to steer the ship.

We work together to understand your current abilities and deficits using videos both live and recorded.

And I fit your program to your lifestyle, because the perfect program is useless if it doesn’t get done!

And after 4-6 weeks, we do it all over again!

 Here’s What you get

Comprehensive Training Program

Each program is tailored to YOU. Since everyone’s goals and bodies are different, it’s hard to say exactly what it will look like for you. Here’s a list of items many programs include: Strength training, flexibility training, daily movements to open up, skill training (calisthenics, handstands, floor movement, parkour, etc.), corrective and accessory exercises, and more. These are put into a coherent program that is easy to follow, with clickable links for tutorials, and personalized notes to give you the guidance you need.

New “Phase” of training every 4-8 weeks

Your program needs to change regularly or your progress will stall. So every 4-8 weeks we reflect upon how things are progressing and how that relates to your evolving goals and chaotic life, and I write a brand new program.

Most people I work with say that they had no idea this would be the most valuable part of coaching. If you’ve never experienced it… you’re really missing out. You’ll send me videos of you performing each exercise at the beginning of each phase. Then I use a screen recording software that allows me to show your video and my camera on the screen at the same time. The result is you watching me watch your videos live. I’ll talk about what I’m seeing, pause videos to show important indicators of success or opportunity, explain and/or show how to fix problems, and a disclaimer… I may draw on you. Regular check-in calls

Depending on which tier you choose, we’ll have check in calls as often as you’d like. Our time can be used however we see fit. Sometimes we’ll work on exercises that are challenging. Sometimes we’ll talk about obstacles that are making training challenging. Or strategize for a new phase of training.

Habit Formation

If you’re not taking care of your sleep, stress, and nutrition, then it won’t matter if we have the perfect program; you won’t make much progress. We work together to create strategies that will lead to healthy habits. The habits that will make you progress faster, feel better, and live a more fulfilling life!

Consistent communication

We will use Slack (or other means if we find a better fit) to keep in contact. This is where we’ll chat about anything from challenges with specific exercises to how your nutrition strategy is holding up. Use this as you see fit. Some people stay in close contact, some I only see on our check-in calls. Regardless, I’m here for you!

Coaching Tiers

Prices are for one month. The first month is a one time payment. If we both think it’s a good fit and would like to continue, we will start a subscription to coaching that will be billed monthly. All Tiers Include the basics of coaching: Programming, Feedback videos, and Text Communication.


No Live Sessions

This is for individuals who want the guidance of coaching, but don’t need much support or accountability. I only offer this on a case by case basis as I need to be able to TRUST that you’re staying on track since we will not be having regular check-ins.

Hands off - $300


Two 30 minute live sessions per month (every other week).

This is for those of you who anticipate needing a bit of guidance. In this tier we will typically use our live sessions to quickly tune up any exercises that are challenging, check in to ensure everything in the program is on track, or talk about big picture topics like lifestyle, recovery, habits, philosophy, etc.

Light Support - $450


Moderate Support - $550

Two Hours of Live sessions per month

This is the option I most often recommend. We can either do weekly 30 minute sessions, or hour sessions every other week. We use our time to together to dive deep into the most pressing issues. We may spend entire sessions working to clean up movements you’re doing in your program. Or Figuring out lifestyle issues that are deep rooted, requiring mindset shifts or Core Value assessments.


Four Hours of Live Sessions per month

If you’re looking to create some serious change in your body and/or life, but can’t quite create the changes you know you need to make on your own, then this is the right option for you. We can either do Weekly Hour sessions, or two 30 minute sessions per week. We’ll often spend our sessions doing entire workouts together. This is the option I recommend if you’re needing lots of accountability to stay on track.

Full Support - $750


complete Overhaul - $1200

Two Hours of Live Sessions per Week

If You’re needing full accountability and lots of assistance with workouts then let’s do this! In this model I take more of a roll of a personal trainer. We’ll do two full workouts together per week, and during those workouts we’ll work to overhaul your lifestyle to create the life you want to live.
